About Us

Darrin Matney is the owner/operator of Matney USA Custom Bender Guitars in Rockwell, NC. He himself is a musician, so he understands what’s needed from a high quality guitar. Darrin’s bender unit is of his own design, and he takes great pride in his work. He installs each bender unit personally. He is a perfectionist, and it shows in his attention to detail. He treats every guitar that comes through his shop with the same care and respect that he shows his own guitars.
